We received an unexpected visit from an old friend and decided on the spur of the moment to go out for supper. We walk into Hussar Grill without any reservations and was immediately invited to the Bar area and provided with some snacks, while we waited for the staff to prepare a table. Before the soft drinks were served (As they do not have a liquor licence as yet) we were escorted to our table by the manager and introduced to the waiter. This made a very positive impression even before the meal was ordered. The ordered steaks for all and everyone had their preference on preparation. when the food arrived it was not only cooked to perfection, but the waiter also handed the correct order to all present. Excellent service, great food and friendly staff.... This establishment will most definitely see me again! Well done and keep up the good work!

We tried this restaurant for the first time on my birthday. Even though they don't yet have their liquor licence - they did inform us when we booked to bring wine and that they don't charge corkage - this was fantastic. The meat was prepared to perfection. Rare was properly rare and medium rare done to perfection. The food was very tasty. Robbie was very attentive and very helpful. Well worth a visit.

Popped in for dinner last night. Would never have known it was their first official night of service unless they had mentioned it. Food and service were both fantastic! Shared four starters of bone marrow, steak tartare, chicken livers and snails. All really well prepared and tasty. No liquor license at the moment so take your own wine. Great to have Hussar so close by!

Even without an opening wine licence, this visit was great. The rump was second to none! I am still "haunted" by the taste and cannot wait to go back for more.
