This Hussar Grill is situated in one of South Africa's oldest wine regions, Stellenbosch. The front entrance boasts a beautiful façade complete with brass lettering and leaded windows, leading onto the traditional-style grill room. The restaurant also offers sheltered tables outdoors on the piazza for al fresco dining in the warmer weather.

We had dinner at Hussar grill in Stellenbosch, the service was super friendly and helpful. The steak was amazing, i highly recommend their house special Truffle sauce fillet.

You gotta try Husser Grills famous fillet steak! Best steak I’ve had in Stellenbosch by a long way! I could even say Cape Town! I’ve tried Fat Butchers, and I tell you they beat their fillet by a long way!! Try get a tomato soup as well for starters and you won’t be disappointed! Will be back in a few days! Too good to miss out on.

Great for steaks as well as loads of other options on menu. Lovely atmosphere. A bonus is they charge no corkage - which is so cool as I love buying wine from all the farms I visit whilst on holiday and then great to enjoy it whilst there. Highly recommend.

Visited the restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel. We weren’t disappointed, the food and wine were excellent. Not a place to visit if you are worried about your waistline. The staff were excellent and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for great food.
